1. Items sold are non-refundable & not ex-changable.

2. All cotton plushies are made with a free pin/handphone strap(either one).

3. Payments via POSB Savings bank transfer is highly preferrable, meet-up payments are negotiable(less preferred).

4. Payment must be made within 3 days after we've sent you a confirmation mail to confirm your orders. (Please note that if we never receive your payment in 3 days' time, your orders will be cancelled)

5. Collection/Receiving of items are available via postage(normal postage with charge of $0.50 - $1.00) or Meet-ups.

6. FOC Meet-ups are only available @ Chinese Garden MRT Station.
*Free Meet-ups @ Jurong East MRT Station only on Sunday around 12pm.

7. We normally total up our orders at the end of the week(Sunday), and you'll prolly receive your products by the next week. (We'll re-confirm the receive-of-product-date with you via email)

8. All orders have to be sent to cottonlovee@yahoo.com.sg according to our respective order format. (Please note that some order formats will be written at the end of every post as some of the order formats are different)

*When we received your orders, we will send you a confirmation mail with the total amount of $ to be paid.
**Please do not throw away your POSB Transfer receipt. (To show proof of transferring if needed)

9. All prices are stated in Singapore Currency (SGD).

10. Cotton Love will not be responsible for any damage or loss during transit.

11. Items will be delivered only when payment is made.

12. Please note that our items are 100% handmade by us :)

13. Cotton Love♥ reserves the rights to alter the terms and conditions at any time.

14. Prices are only negotiable if you buy 2 or more items from us, otherwise prices are fixed.

15. By placing orders with us, we assume you've read and agreed with all the terms and conditions. THANKYOU!
